I'm working on some tests for a new series of drawings I've been thinking about. These are shots of my test card. I'm using a pearlescent white ink. These quick photos show the optical effect that the pearlescent creates based on the direction it is viewed. Investigating the color palette that I imagine. The large areas here are a bit more red in the images than under normal viewing conditions. I'm happy so far and looking forward to a making the new work.

More testing I think before any drawing starts.
